XI CIVIL
SOCIETY DEVELOPMENT
FORUM

DECEMBER 5, 2022

CORE ELEMENT

Difficult times call for bold actions. Despite all difficulties, the awaited event will take place. This year we will gather again to learn, get inspired, share experiences, network... And above all - hug, remain silent in memory of our heroes, plan our victory and a fair trial. The forum is open for everyone who cares about the present and the future of Ukraine. This year, our resilience became an example and inspiration for the whole world. Ukraine today became a center where it is being decided whether the world security system is capable of maintaining peace in the world. Will there be a world in which Diversity is the key to the future development? Ukraine - the main element of the Free World, provides an answer to this question. This future for the whole world is made possible by people who previously could not even imagine what they are capable of doing: getting people out of occupied territories; providing shelters and food to those who have lost their homes; finding weapons and raising huge funds for their purchase; advocating for assistance in Brussels and Washington. On February 24, everyone of us became volunteers, and volunteers are the main element of Ukrainian civil society now. On December 5, on International Volunteer Day, we invite you to recognize the contribution of every Ukrainian to our victory. Courage of the Ukrainians and its civil society helped to look at Ukraine from a different perspective. Ukrainians became an inspiration for many people all over the world and our experience can be shared, learned, and used by others, as Ukraine now is a main element of the Free World. Brave and united by a single goal, Ukrainians have already become the personification of resilience. Our memes, humor, ingenuity, stubbornness and ability to take responsibility without commands from "decision centers" are the main elements to our victory. We invite you to look for more elements which could also help us in the post-war period together.
